Based in the River North neighborhood of Chicago, we are a boutique Interior Architectural firm. Our focus is bringing highly personalized and creative design solutions to our clients. At the heart of our firm is the way we do business…we believe that strong relationships with our clients helps us best serve them and the people they serve.
Our team is dedicated to bringing our clients’ vision to life through close collaboration, creative design, and excellent execution. As a small, nimble, and communicative team, we have the advantage of working closely with our clients, shifting quickly as needs change, and understanding their perspective so we can translate the vision of their workspace into design that is not only functionally efficient and aesthetically beautiful, but creates an experience for all those who enter it.

When Henry founded the firm in 1984, he focused on three core values to build his team and the business - honesty, passion, and hard work. Today, in partnership with his daughter Jamie, Horn Design is sought out as a trusted partner. We care about what we commit to, we care about excellence in delivering tailored spaces to each client, and above all, we care about the quality of our relationships. We take our work seriously, and we know how to have a little fun along the way, too.
